Where does Émigré ship?

Émigré ships worldwide from the UK with DPD for the UK and to most global locations with DHL. If you have any questions regarding shipping and delivery locations, please contact us at customerservice@emigre.travel for more information.

How much is shipping?

Within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands & Isle of Man

We provide free shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.  All taxes and duties are included in the final price.  No hidden or extra fees on arrival.  Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon and arrive next business day via DPD other than Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man which take two business days for delivery and Scottish Islands which will take up to five.

Within the EU

We provide free shipping within the EU for all orders over €200 and charge a flat €20 shipping rate for orders below this value. Sweden – Free shipping on all orders above SEK 2125 or a flat shipping rate of SEK 215 for orders below this value. Denmark – Free shipping on all orders above DKK 1500 or a flat shipping rate of DKK 150 for orders below this value.  All taxes and duties are included in the final price.  No hidden or extra fees on arrival.  Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon UK time and will arrive via DPD within 3- business days. 

Switzerland

We provide free shipping to Switzerland for all orders over CHF 500 and charge a flat shipping rate of CHF 50 for orders below this value. Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.  Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay, this is calculated by your local customs authority. Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon UK time and will arrive via DHL Express Worldwide within 3-4 business days. 

Norway

We provide free shipping to Norway for all orders over NOK 4450 and charge a flat shipping rate of NOK 450 for orders below this value. Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.  Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay, this is calculated by your local customs authority. Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon UK time and will arrive via DHL Express Worldwide within 6 business days. 

USA

We provide free shipping to the USA for all orders over USD 500 and charge a flat shipping rate of USD 50 for orders below this value. All taxes and duties are included in the final price.  No hidden or extra fees on arrival.  Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon UK time and will arrive via DHL Express Worldwide within 2-4 business days. 

Canada

We provide free shipping to Canada for all orders over CAD 650 and charge a flat shipping rate of CAD 65 for orders below this value. Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.  Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay, this is calculated by your local customs authority. Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon UK time and will arrive via DHL Express Worldwide within 2-4 business days. 

United Arab Emirates

We provide free shipping to the UAE for all orders over AED 2000 and charge a flat shipping rate of AED 180 for orders below this value. All taxes and duties are included in the final price.  No hidden or extra fees on arrival.  Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon UK time and will arrive via DHL Express Worldwide within 4-6 business days.

Australia

We provide free shipping to Australia for all orders over AUD 700 and charge a flat shipping rate of AUD 70 for orders below this value. All taxes and duties are included in the final price.  No hidden or extra fees on arrival.  Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon UK time and will arrive via DHL Express Worldwide within 4-6 business days. 

Hong Kong SAR

We provide free shipping to Hong Kong for all orders over HKD 4000 and charge a flat shipping rate of HKD 400 for orders below this value. All taxes and duties are included in the final price.  No hidden or extra fees on arrival.  Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon UK time and will arrive via DHL Express Worldwide within 5-7 business days. 

Japan

We provide free shipping to Japan for all orders over JPY 60000 and charge a flat shipping rate of JPY 6000 for orders below this value. All taxes and duties are included in the final price.  No hidden or extra fees on arrival.  Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon UK time and will arrive via DHL Express Worldwide within 5-7 business days. 

Singapore

We provide free shipping to Singapore for all orders over SGD 700 and charge a flat shipping rate of SGD 70 for orders below this value. All taxes and duties are included in the final price.  No hidden or extra fees on arrival.  Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon UK time and will arrive via DHL Express Worldwide within 5-7 business days. 

Rest of the World

We provide free shipping to most countries in the rest of the world for all orders over USD 500 and charge a flat shipping rate of local currency equivalent USD 50 for orders below this value. Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.  Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay, this is calculated by your local customs authority. Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered before noon UK time and will arrive via DHL Express Worldwide within 5-7 business days.

Are taxes & duties included?

Order to Switzerland, Norway, Canada and other territories not listed above are shipped DAP (Delivery At Place) meaning you may be liable to pay tax and duty upon receiving your package. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these costs before your item can be delivered.  Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay, this is calculated by your local customs authority.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

Émigré accepts returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. Goods should be free from wear, stains, odour (or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new). Returned items need their original tags attached, a copy of the original receipt, and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on discounted or sale items.

We can only accept purchases made directly from www.emigre.travel for return and exchange (if you purchased from a third-party retailer, please reach out to them directly to arrange your return or exchange).

How do I make a return?

To process your exchange or return please contact please contact customerservice@emigre.travel for a return authorisation — please add your order number in the email subject line and reason for the return.  

United Kingdom, Channel Islands & Isle of Man

Returns on orders sent to addresses in the United KingdomChannel Islands Isle of Man are free of charge and processed by DPD.  Returns must be made at a DPD Returns Shop.  Your closest shop can be found here:  https://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder/index.jsp

WITHIN THE EU

Returns on orders sent to addresses in the EU are provided by DHL at a flat rate of €35, Sweden, SEK 37 and Denmark, DKK 260.

REST OF THE WORLD

Returns on orders sent to addresses outside of the above territories are provided by DHL at a flat rate of:

How do I return or exchange a gift?

To return or exchange gift items, please contact us at customerserivce@emigre.travel for a return authorisation — please add your order number in the email subject line and reason for the return.  

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

Warranty on bags & accessories

Our bags and accessories are made to look great and last the distance. They are covered by a three-year limited warranty from the day of purchase, covering faults in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by improper usage; mishandling via airline, travel or shipping companies; third-party or customer alterations; customer, animal or chemical damage; or through unintended use will not be covered.

For warranty claims, please contact customerservice@emigre.travel and a member of our Customer Service Team will determine if the product is covered and whether it can be repaired, replaced or refunded. Adding a photo in your email will help speed up the process. We only accept warranty claims for items purchased through our website or one of our authorised resellers.

What is your faulty goods policy?

Sometimes manufacturing faults or shipping damage can occur. If you think your product has suffered damage while in transit, please email customerservice@emigre.travel with your order details and images of the damage within 14 days of receiving the goods. If the claim is accepted, we will provide you with a return authorisation for you to send the item back for exchange or refund. Émigré is not liable for returns sent without registered mail options.

Payment & checkout

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.  At checkout, you will see the options available in your country.

Do I need an account to checkout?

You do not need to create an account to place an order and can checkout as a guest However, we recommend it for easier checkout in the future.

How do I enter a promotion discount code?

Promotion discount codes can be applied at checkout.  We do not accept multiple discount codes at checkout on a single order. If you experience any issues, please contact customerservice@emigre.travel for further assistance.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do offer gift cards. Please contact customerservice@emigre.travel to arrange for a unique and secure gift card code to be sent by email to a recipient of your choosing. To redeem your code, simply apply it in the promotion/discount code box at checkout.

What are Émigré's bags and accessories made from?

Emigre bags and accessories are constructed with sustainably sourced ultralight, abrasion and water resistant materials, such as high-tenacity Robic® nylon for shells and premium nylon twill for linings. Both materials are made from 100% recycled nylon fishnets and are Bluesign® and GRS certified.

Premium detailing runs throughout the entire collection with YKK® Metalux Tough zippers, custom Duraflex® buckles, branded Cobrax® buttons, and LWG certified leather piping and loops.

How do I care for my bags and accessories?

Never put in machine washer or dryer. Clean with damp cloth as necessary.
