Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS
Émigré accepts returns for items within 14 days of order delivery. Goods should be free from wear, stains, odour (or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new). Returned items need their original tags attached, a copy of the original receipt, and returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on discounted or sale items.
We can only accept purchases made directly from www.emigre.travel for return and exchange (if you purchased from a third-party retailer, please reach out to them directly to arrange your return or exchange).
To process your exchange or return please contact please contact customerservice@emigre.travel for a return authorisation — please add your order number in the email subject line and reason for the return.
UNITED KINGDOM, CHANNEL ISLANDS & ISLE OF MAN
Returns on orders sent to addresses in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands & Isle of Man are free of charge and processed by DPD. Returns must be made at a DPD Returns Shop. Your closest shop can be found here: https://www.dpd.co.uk/apps/shopfinder/index.jsp
WITHIN THE EU
Returns on orders sent to addresses in the EU are provided by DHL at a flat rate of €35, Sweden, SEK 37 and Denmark, DKK 260.
